WHAT'S YOUR SPARKETYPE?
Every person’s work with the Sparketypes begins with the Sparketype® Assessment. This is unlike any personality test you’ve ever taken.
Unlike other broad-based personality tests, the Sparketype Assessment focuses on identifying your unique, source code for work that makes you come alive, whether that gets deployed in your job or career, in your personal life, or on-the-side.
Even more unusual, the Sparketype Assessment is one of the few high-level personality tests that is free for anyone to complete online. Why? Because we want to make the core insights and awakenings accessible to everyone.
Of course, this level of insight and access has made the Sparketypes a global phenomenon, and people and leaders starting asking for more...

EAGLE OF THE WEEK
John R. Wingfield III
John Wingfield has been a big fan of Dr. Hill for many years having read his books and faithfully reading his weekly Eaglezine. Much to his surprise, he was able to actually meet and visit with Dr. Hill a few weeks ago. Their meeting may have seemed to be just a random coincidence but to John it was a “God Thing”.
As they talked that day and on the phone later, Dr Hill asked John to consider being an “Eagle of the Week”. Humbly John accepted that gracious offer.
John and his wife Pat started dating in high school and have been happily married for 56 years. Their family now includes their son Jason, his wife Shayla and daughter Hadley and their daughter Mandy, her husband Antonio and daughters Kayla. Gabrielle and Noelle. John and Pat’s most precious time in life now is spending time with their loving family.
After graduating from the U. S. Air Force Academy, John attended pilot training and then served a year in Vietnam as a Forward Air Controller flying a small O-1 aircraft directing air strikes. Returning home, he began his career serving mostly in the Military Airlift Command (now the Air Mobility Command) flying initially the C-141 transport aircraft. He received his Master of Science Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology and graduated in residence from all three levels of the Air Forces Military Professional Education - the Squadron Officers School, the Armed Forces Staff College and the Air War College. He served on the faculty of the Air War College in the Department of Leadership and Management.
In one of his last few assignments before retiring from the Air Force, Colonel Wingfield had the pleasure of serving as the Base Commander of Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. There his unit was deployed to a base in the United Arab Emirates where he served as the Wing Commander of an airlift wing for nine months during Operation Desert Storm. In his last assignment, he served as a Professor of Aerospace Science and Commander of the Air Force ROTC unit at Auburn University. He immediately began a second career as the Director of Administrative Ministries at a local church for 24 years. He founded and now serves as the volunteer director of an active Veterans Ministry in his community. This program provides an opportunity for Christian fellowship, prayer, support and education on veteran issues for local veterans. They are also able to provide much needed care for homeless and needy veterans. He feels so fortunate that he has had these opportunities to serve his country and his Lord.
Colonial Wingfield says over the last several years he has hopefully been able to put into practice many of the lessons learned from being a student of Dr. Hill. As Dr. Hill would say, John feels “Blessed Beyond Measure”.
BOOK OF THE WEEK
SPARKED - DISCOVER YOUR UNIQUE IMPRINT FOR WORK THAT MAKES YOU COME ALIVE
Sparked draws upon years of research, experimentation, more than 25-million data-points generated by over half-a-million people, and hundreds of deep-dive conversations with luminaries from science to art to industry and wellbeing. Award-winning author, serial wellness-industry founder, and host of the top-ranked Good Life Project®, Jonathan Fields, and his team at Spark Endeavors, developed the Sparketype imprints and methodology that is the basis of this book.
In this book, Fields and his team will help you:
- Discover what sparks you, what drains you, where you stumble and come alive, so you can reclaim a sense of direction, control, and purpose;
- Understand the “real” reasons certain experiences, jobs, and roles leave you empty and know how to make things better, without having to endure big disruptive changes;
- Learn from real-world, relatable stories, case-studies, and data-driven insights;
- Identify the action steps to begin immediately transforming the way you work and live.
Sparked takes you deep into the world of the Sparketypes, revealing an entirely new depth of insights about what makes you come alive in work life, along with what empties you out and trips you up, so you can avoid those life-drains.
You’ll discover tons of case studies, stories, and real-world applications, creating a comprehensive guide to help you discover what you are meant to do and how to get started.
